Preparing Your Order with Care
Orders placed before 2pm (Mondays to Saturdays) are typically packed and handed over to our delivery team on the same day.
Once packed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a notification via email or message. Your parcel will be delivered based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note: During peak periods, launches, or promotional sales, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Shipping rates and timeslines are as follows:
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $4
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
- Ideal for non-urgent orders
- Free for orders above $50 (see below)
Next-Day Delivery
- Flat rate: $8
- Orders must be placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday)
- Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be delivered on the next working day
Same Day Delivery
- Flat rate: $12
- Orders must be placed by 12pm for delivery by 10pm
- Available Mondays to Saturdays only
- Not applicable on Sundays or public holidays
- Perfect for last-minute gifting or urgent rituals
Free delivery
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above $50
- Automatically applied at checkout
