1. Delivery Options (Singapore)

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Note: Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed the following working day.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days upon successful payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been packed and dispatched.

• During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

3. Delivery Notifications

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking update (where applicable). For self-arranged pickups or same-day delivery, kindly show your order confirmation screenshot or provide your order number upon collection or receipt.

4. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, or unreachable contact, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure your contact and address details are accurate at checkout.
